Focused on environmental risk management, since 1987.RTM Communications, Inc., is a dynamic creator/producer of conferences focused on environmental risk management issues associated with business and real estate transactions. RTM Communications has been producing environmental finance and risk and insurance management conferences since 1987, first as part of its Risk Management Technologies, Inc., consulting entity, then from 1990 as a stand-alone conference, training and specialty publishing firm. RTM Communications, Inc., develops and produces four major national conferences each year on current topics in environmental risk management involving contaminated property transactions. RTMC creates corporate conferences that feature sustainable banking and smart growth, environmental health and safety issues, redevelopment and financing of brownfields, risk finance, and environmental insurance, environmental due diligence techniques and risk assessments, and other topics of interest within the environmental risk management framework. RTMC also develops customized training for the financial services industry in the United States, Asia and in Eastern and Central Europe. The RTM conferences masterfully integrate and present in a logical pattern disciplines (finance, law, business, real estate development, environmental sciences, risk assessment) associated with the topic in order to provide a holistic approach to educating all participants at the conference or training event. In 2002 RTMC developed two conferences on financing entitled with "Contaminated Property Transactions: Diamonds in the Rough 2002" and "Contaminated Property Transactions: Converting Ruins to Rubies 2002". Previously, RTMC has produced conferences on "Pollution Insurance Marketplace and New Developments for Integrating Environmental Risk/Claims Management" to update the industry on new developments in environmental insurance, and "Building a Corporate Environmental, Health and Safety Risk Management Program." |
